The Classic East Grinstead Sprint Triathlon: a 400m Swim, 26km Bike and a 5km Run. The swim is in the Kings Centre Pool and after a swift transition the bike will take you through Forest Row and Hartfield on a challenging and undulating bike course, before returning you to the Kings centre. The run takes you on two laps around the historic centre of East Grinstead before you return jubilantly to the finish. Entry fee £40 for BTF member, non-member + £5.00 day licence.
The Ladies only Try-a-Tri: A 200m Swim, 11km Bike and a 2.5Km Run: This race is a shortened version of the main race for ladies who want to see what this triathlon thing is all about. Year after year this race proves to be a springboard into the wonderful world of triathlon. Entry fee £26 for BTF members, non-member + £5.00 day licence.
The Youth /Junior (15 – 19) Tri: Run over the same course as the Try-a-Tri, this race is looking for the triathletes of the future. Entry fee £26 for BTF member, non-member + £5.00 day licence.
NEW for 2019 – the East Grinstead Aquabike; a 400m swim followed by a 26km cycle on the Sprint course (there’s a little bit of running in and out of transition and to the finish line!) Entry fee £26 for BTF member, non-member + £5.00 day licence.

This is the 16th year of the Arundel Lido Triathlon and is likely to sell out as it has done most years. Arundel is steeped in history with its Castle and the River Arun running through the town. Located between Chichester and Worthing in West Sussex, Arundel is a very popular location with tourists and great place to spend a weekend away. Race HQ is at one of the UK’s best Lido’s, right on the banks of the River Arun and under the shadow of the castle.
First run in 2017 this event in 2020 based at Mayfield school in the Sussex countryside boasts a lovely ride along country lanes and a run over footpath and track. On this running of the event we have a standard distance triathlon in addition to the Sprint, Supersprint events. Also new for this year is a Youth and Junior Triathlon (15-19yrs) and a Duathlon (r/b/r) for those that don’t lke getting their feet wet. Come an join us for a friendly, safe race for the new and expirienced competitor.

The Tonbridge Triathlon is an annual event organised by Tonbridge Lions Club, which has been held for 27 years and has raised over £275,000 for causes that benefit our local community in Tonbridge, Hildenborough and surrounding areas. We offer a comprehensive event with accredited British Triathlon referees, and we were excited to learn that we received an ‘excellent’ rating in all categories for British Triathlon’s 2019 report.
We regard ourselves as having a fantastic course with the support of world-class facilities at Tonbridge School Sports Centre and a rewarding cycle route through our beautiful countryside.
For 2020, we have moved the date to the second late May bank holiday, as the usual earlier bank holiday has been changed by the government to coincide with VE Day events.
The start, transition and finished are all based in the historic Bucklers’s Hard,
The 1.9K swim is in the stunning Beaulieu River. The 90K Ride is through the stunning New Forest and the 22km run is through quiet lanes and river coastal path.

Outlaw Half Bowood will take place in the beautiful grounds of Bowood House & Gardens, set in the heart of stunning Wiltshire countryside. Home to the Marquis and Marchioness of Lansdowne, Bowood House is set within 100 acres of beautifully landscaped ‘Capability’ Brown parkland. With magnificent grounds leading to a spectacular mile long still-water lake, Bowood House & Gardens is the perfect location for an Outlaw event. Located just 9 miles from Junction 17 of the M4 and under an hour’s drive to both Bath and Bristol, it’s incredibly well located and easily accessible by both car and train.
Following a 1.2m swim in Bowood Lake, athletes will embark on a spectacular single-loop 56m ride through the unspoilt Wiltshire countryside before completing their epic journey with a three-lap 13.1m run through the Bowood Estate. Crossing the finish line of the inaugural Outlaw Half Bowood alongside your friends and family in the shadow of Bowood House will provide a memory to cherish for a very long time indeed!
