Coastal West Sussex Mind has asked as many Tuffs as we can find to run at Littlehampton Prom Parkrun this Saturday (7 December). Littlehampton Prom ParkRun says that it would also welcome volunteers.
Our role is to promote RED January 2020, a national initiative to encourage people to get active every day in January to support their mental health. We’ll do this by saying a few words at the briefing, giving out a few leaflets, running 5k and then going for a coffee in the Harvester.
For more about RED January please see the Tuff Fitty website http://www.tuff-fitty.co.uk/red-january-2020/. It would also be fantastic if we can also get Tuff Fitty members to sign up for RED January and you can do so here: https://www.westsussexmind.org/get-involved/red-january-2020. The RED January website is promoting T-shirts £10) and snoods (£5) with the money going to Coastal West Sussex Mind. If you would like T-shirt or Snood in time for Saturday, please let Graham Liddell know (via Messenger, Whatsapp or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note Coastal West Sussex Mind only have men’s fit in stock at the moment.
Parkrun starts at 9.00am prompt so please arrive 15 mins beforehand in time for the run briefing. It is free to enter but if you want a time you will need to register and bring a printed copy of your barcode. See https://www.parkrun.org.uk/littlehamptonprom/ for details
