Hangover 5 Mile

I have seen an entry form confirming the Hang Over 5 is on again on New Years Day. I like it as it is a perfect antidote to the excesses of the night before and is a great way to kick off any New Year Resolutions, such as train/race more.

Start from the recreation ground off Hill Barn Lane, Worthing, 5 miles up to the top of Cissbury and back. Entry fee is £3 in advance or, I believe it is £5 on the day, (Whilst I read a form, I couldn't get a copy)

The all important thing you need to know is the start time; a civilised 11:30am (Junior race first off at 11am)

This year I was amazed by the sheer magnitude of Tuff's who turned up; most raced but some felt inspired enough to cycle over and dish out the TF banter.
