• Respect others at all times regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, religion, political persuasion, differing opinions, or athletic ability.

• Show consideration for the safety and welfare of others.

• Support and encourage good sporting practice by abiding by competition rules and respecting coaches, referees and officials.

• Encourage and support members with training, participation and competition.

• Communicate openly and freely with club coaches and committee members.

• Follow club policies and rules and those of British Triathlon.

• Promote the good reputation of the club and never behave or condone others to behave in a manner that is liable to bring the club or the sport into disrepute.

We expect all our members to follow our Code of Conduct. Guidance on how the Code applies to social media and other forms of communication is set out social media and other forms of communication policy. Breaches of the Code of Conduct will be considered under our complaints, disciplinary and appeals policy.
