Fun fact:

I got into triathlon back in 2009 and have competed in a range of events from sprints to middle distances.

Many years experience in swim teaching as well as being a Level 2 BTF coach.

Occupational Therapist as a day job, so passionate about helping people participate in meaningful activities.
