Please find the full itinerary of THE social event of the year, Tuff Fitty’s awards evening & social. Actually this is not quite the full itinerary as some surprises are still under wraps. So it is going to be a great evening, one you will certainly not want to miss.

6:45 Doors Open
7:00 Walk up the red carpet,
Please note the evening’s dress code ,with a nod to club colours (Blue, Black, White and Pink) , no event T-shirts please and of course no wetsuits.

Roulette Table Opens:- This is a great feature allowing everyone to mingle, meet everyone and have a little flutter. At this point it is worth stating this is a ‘Fun’ Casino, no money changes hand – we are not encouraging gambling. The roulette wheel is a traditional hit at casinos being simple to understand and in addition the company providing the equipment also provide experienced croupiers to explain the rules and ensure everyone has fun. Each entrant receives some ‘fun money’ – who will be the winner? – there may even be a prize for the best result.
Zwift fastest lap opens:- If the spinning of the wheel has brought out your competitive edge, how about a different wheel – the Zwift fastest lap is also open for participants. It will also help you work up an- appetite for
7:30 – Dinner is served – which comprises a 2 course meal with a glass of wine. (when purchasing tickets there is a vegetarian option to select) – Oh! have we mentioned there is a licenced bar yet!

8:00 The award presentations begin. Of course there will be the winners from the club championships, but our coaches are also recognising a deserving member for their endeavours over the year and the link is still open for people to nominate their ‘members member’ award – see the attached link for details here We also have the inaugural Joe Pascoe memorial award to present
8:30 The Zwift stand reopens so your can improve your lap time, and the Casino reopens to continue to amass your (pretend) fortune. A disco also commences.
9:30 Tuff Fitty’s Mega November raffle will be drawn. There is no other way to describe the prize list other than A-Maz-Zing. To whet your appetite the list includes :- A middle distance 255 Goodwood entry – full price £190. 2 Huub Transition bags each one with a guide price of £75. A year’s Zwift subscription worth circa £150. We also have three separate entries for Raw Energy Pursuits events including Arundel Triathlon (which is the club champ sprint race -worth £50) A £20 Voucher for Establo Lounge in Rustington; Meal for 2 from The Beach, Littlehampton; Christmas biscuits and a nice bottle of Cava courtesy of Waitrose. How about a Tuff Tri Suit, surely that’s worth seeking out on its own. We could go on including 2 x High5 race day nutrition • 1 x Nike Running Rucksack • 1 x Nike Running Waist Bag.
You have to be ‘in it, to win it’. (values are purely for indication, particularly race entries which often have a sliding scale of early bird prices.)

The raffle really is a ‘win win’ because even if you are unsuccessful all proceeds will go to your club’s nominated Cancer Charities.
