I joined Tuff Fitty in May 2024, thinking I’d do a bit of triathlon, get fitter and maybe meet a few like-minded people.

Fast forward a couple of months and apparently that wasn’t enough punishment…

I took on my first 70.3 at Eastbourne, survived it, and clearly didn’t learn my lesson because I then signed up for Weymouth 70.3!

Somewhere along the way, things escalated from “I’ll give triathlon a go” to “I wonder if I can swim, bike and run for an unnecessarily long amount of time?”

That led to taking on and completing an Outlaw full-distance triathlon — Because apparently doing one sport at a time wasn’t hard enough!

And now, having seemingly lost the plot completely, the next challenge is already lined up…

🇸🇪 Ironman Kalmar 2027.

From joining Tuff Fitty in May 2024 to full-distance triathlon in just a few years — all thanks to plenty of training, questionable life choices, and the people around me that support every step of the way.
